Acceptance of these terms
GrrrGrowth is operated by Ingenix Online Inc (“we”, “us”).
By creating an account, installing the extension, or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service
GrrrGrowth lets you send Upwork job and proposal information from pages you choose, watch Upwork searches you save, store proposals, workday logs, clients, and intake records, and generate optional AI drafts and advice.
The service is provided for your own workflow and business use.

Your account
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Upwork itself requires this of everyone who uses it, and GrrrGrowth is a tool for professional work that is not directed at children.

Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout.
A new account gets a 14 day free trial. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged during it, and the paid plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel.
You can cancel yourself at any time from Billing in the app, which opens the Stripe portal where you manage your card, your invoices, and your cancellation. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
We do not refund the unused part of a period you have already paid for; the 14 day trial exists so you can decide before paying. This does not limit any refund right you have under applicable consumer law, and if we charge you in error we will correct it.
We may change prices. A running subscription keeps its price until its next renewal, and we will tell you by email before a change takes effect.
If a payment fails we may suspend access until it clears.

Acceptable use
Only capture and process data you are permitted to handle, including data governed by Upwork’s own terms.
Do not use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Do not use the service to store or process data you have no lawful basis to hold.

AI features
When you use AI drafts or advice, the fields you submit may be sent to a third-party AI provider (currently OpenAI) to generate output.
AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything you send or rely on.

Your content
You keep ownership of the records and content you create in the app.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content so we can operate the service for you.

Third-party services
The service relies on providers such as Clerk, Neon, Vercel, OpenAI, Stripe, Migadu, and Telegram, and on the Upwork pages you choose to send us. Their terms and availability are outside our control.

Privacy and cookies
Our privacy policy explains what data we collect, how cookie categories work, and how optional analytics and marketing/advertising tracking are controlled.
Necessary cookies are required for sign-in, security, and basic app functions. Optional cookie categories are controlled through the cookie banner and privacy page controls.

Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingenix Online Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars if you paid nothing.

Termination
You may stop using the service at any time.
You may also delete your account yourself, from Settings in the app. Deleting ends access immediately and cancels any active subscription; your data is erased 14 days later, and you can cancel the deletion at any point before then. See the privacy policy for exactly what is erased and what we must keep.
We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
